John has been a landlord for over 30 years. His first property was a 13 bedroom house share in Liverpool, and it snowballed from there.
Soon he’d built up a portfolio of houses and flats across the North West, mainly in Runcorn. Having dealt with more lettings agents than he could count, he decided to start HomeSmart Lettings with Helen because they knew that they could offer a better, more personal approach to lettings. So that’s what they did.
In his spare time, John enjoys watching or playing competitive sports especially Tennis and Football.
